I'll say, I struggled with the background on this one. I've never drawn lava before, so it was a whole new experience for me! Overall happy with how it turned out, though!

Can I just ask, since you seem to reply faster on here and not on youtube, I posted the same coment under teenagerpianist, how do you get your lines so nice, I've tried so many times but I cant seem to get my lines so nice, have you got any video tutorials or anything?

Sorry I haven't been replying on Youtube as much lately, I tend to lose track of things there.. Plus I can't really check messages easily while I'm on trips.

But to answer your question, when I get to the inking stage, I always double or triple the size of the sketch and redraw the lines on a new layer with short, quick strokes. Making the image larger while working makes it so that when you shrink it back down to the size that you want it, it'll hide some of the shaky/broken lines, and makes it easier to correct the ones that need work.

I might try that, i'm more of a Sai person myself but I shall try it, I get confused on photoshop

btw, I love your play throughs, watched your last 2 yoshi island ones where you raged quit XD...Lol they were funny XD I remember 100% completing that when I was a kid XD
