I'M SORRY. IT'S NOT MY FAULT. I JUST DID AS I WAS ASKED.
There's no particular story behind this. Chugga told me his thoughts about how Phione was super creepy to him, and he wanted to make a gag based on that. Soooo, thus he asked me to make Phione creepy.
It was really fun to draw, actually. Super different from what I normally draw, but I actually enjoy darker toned pictures. I just haven't had the opportunity to do that in a long time.
